When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for order fulfillment, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. USA shipping time usually takes an estimated 5-8 business days.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

Before reaching out to us make sure you do the following first:

• Use the USPS tool to input your tracking number to see where your package is

• Check your shipping information to make sure the address that it is being delivered to is correct

• Contact your post office to see if they have your package

• Ask your neighbors if they have seen it or have it
